Spice is a chat application that allows users to interact with AI-powered characters representing various professional fields including technology, arts, education, business, sports, fashion, culinary, environment, and architecture. The App enables users to send text messages, images, and audio messages to these characters.
3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3.3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3.4. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
4.1. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
4.2. You agree not to transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws or regulations.
4.3. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
4.4. You may report or block characters that you find inappropriate through the App's built-in features.
5.1. All content provided by the App, including character designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Spice and protected by copyright laws.
5.2. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the App, including messages, images, and audio recordings.
5.3. By using the App, you grant Spice a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the service.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
You agree not to:
8.1. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8.2. Spice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8.3. Spice does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by AI characters.
Spice reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10.1. You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings.
10.2. Spice reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
10.3. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
